MULTI-SPECIALITY HOSPITAL DESIGN

The aim of the design programme is to develop a multi-speciality hospital building with
efficient design. The main scope of this project is to develop architectural spaces that are
both technically equipped for a clinical environment while being salubrious to its
inhabitants. Hospital design encompasses the development of a range of medical and allied
facilities, and interaction between skilled, semi skilled and common populace, while
handling patients of varied levels of disease and level of care required, this programme also
involves the design of large spanned structures and intensive use of building services and
machinery both meant for the building as well as for medical care.
