Dear Madame :

A pleasant day!

Based on our LSPU Primer on Facilitating Flexible Learning: Migrating to the

New Normal - Learning Continuity Plan, particularly on University Policy on On-the-job
Training (OJT)/Practicum, some of the provisions states that: 1. No students shall return
to their respective field to continue with their OJT/Practicum/Internship. 2. Where it is
applicable, the final task regarding OJT/Practicum/Internship may make use of online
and live video presentations (e.g., via Zoom) duly arranged by the teacher-in-charge /
adviser for proper management and assessment (e.g., final demonstration for
education).

One of the Degree Programs in LSPU-College of Arts and Sciences in Santa

Cruz Campus, the BS Biology program will undergo OJT Program this Inter-Semester.
This Degree Program has fifty-nine (59) students with their respective specialization in
Population Ecology and Animal Biology.

In this regard, I would like to request your support if you could provide us
and our students a Virtual On-the-Job Training (virtual OJT) through series of
webinars from August 2 to September 10, 2021. This series of webinar will
expectedly complete the essential subject requirement, as well as the tasks or duties
that an Ecology and Animal Science major are required to perform.

Your positive and immediate response is greatly appreciated.

Thank you and God bless

Respectfully yours,

JENINA V. TOLENTINO, Ph.D.
