WILL and TESTAMENT which I make on this ____ March 2017. as under :

1. I declare that I maintain good health and possess a

sound mind. This Will is made by me of my own independent decision and free
volition. I have not been influenced, cajoled or coerced in any manner
whatsoever.

2 I have purchased an Residential Apartment No. ___ on Ninth floor

admeasuring about 94.72 Sqm. Super Built-up area in the (Wing – C) of the
Apartment Scheme named as ______________ constructed on the Plot Nos.
____________ admeasuring about _________. Sqm. Owned under Malik
Makbuja/Freehold rights of ownership being a portion of the entire Kh. No.
________of Mouza ________, P.H. No. ___situated in Tahasil and District-
Nagpur, bearing City Survey no. _____________, Sheet No. ______ of mouza
_______, Ward no. ___1, Nagpur, Tahsil & Distt. Nagpur and alongwith the
undivided _____% share in the above said plot of land (hereinafter called as
the “Said Apartment/Property”). and I hereby leave & bequeath my all rights in
the above said Apartment/Property after my death to my sister, Mrs.

3. I have bequeath the above said Apartment to my sister,

death and hence none of my family members has any right or claim on the

arrangement shall come into effect ONLY AFTER MY DEATH.
