Guidelines for Online Class

Dear Parents/Students,

Please go through the following instructions which are mention below:

Do’s

 All the students MUST keep their online class session in mute mode. So, that the teacher
can take class without any interference and the noise should not disturb all the other
participants of the session.

 Please sit in a quiet room to ensure that there is no disturbance to you or your peers as
you attend the online class.

 Before the class commences, the student should be ready with the complete set of their
subject books so as to avoid any delay during the class.

 Every student must sign in before 5 minutes prior to the session timing.

 Every student should keep their Video on (Turn on the front camera) during online class.

 The Roll No. and Name of the student along with the group i.e.(BPC(IPE/NEET/EAMCET)
/MPC(IPE/EAMCET)/CEC/MEC) should be mentioned in the username.

Don’t

 There should be No Discussions among students during the class.

 Any second person interference should not be there during the online session.

Note - If there are any doubts during the session, students are requested to write their
questions/doubts in chatroom.
