Initiatives:

● Organized sports riddles and teasers to test how well you know about sports,
Organized online IPL auction on online meeting apps and IPL dream11 fantasy.

Intra Hostel Events:

PENTHOUSE FANTASY LEAGUE(PFL)

● Organised the prediction round of Ipl in the first week of IPL matches with Sports
council Members.
● Created Starting Soon Poster for Penthouse Fantasy League .
● Led the Council member team for the Auction Round.
● Classify top 15 participants of prediction and made 3 members group (each
Team)
● Organised the auction on an online platform(ZOOM) and ensured all things right.
● Led the council team of 2 members for fantasy points round.
Known your culture-hostel series
● Informed all the friends ,wingis of the hostel and ensured their incoming to the
event.
● Ensured everything went smoothly between the events.

Gaming Night
● Conducted and ideated how to conduct online COD mobile games.
● Hosted the event on whatsapp group providing details of competition to all
contestants.

Sports Cryptic Hunt

● Collected information about various hostel sports and general sports to make
cryptic hunt questions .
● Organised all questions in one platform by arranging them in specified order
Hostel Sports Newsletter
● Provide information about the sports events and help in some of the content
writing events in the newsletter.

Others Hostel works and Events

● Personally contacted the hostel inmates and scheduled their room vacating time
as per schedule.
● Maintained the status of room vacating and all other information on a sheet.
● Coordinated with the PHO workers and remained on the video call till room
vacating process.

IPL SPORTS GC(online)

● Contacted friends for the maximum participation in the online sport gc.
● Ensuring my participation in every match to boost hostel rank.

BASIC DUTIES:-
● Organised all the Sports related events online .
● Attended all the council meetings .
● Helped all the Sports secretaries in their events.
● Informed the hostel inmates about the GC’s and other hostel events
