Hello everyone, we are the founders of Montilingual.

The growth in online language learning is majorly driven by the globalization, growing E-
learning market, COVID-19 impact, growing spending on education sector. With the growing
demand and competitiveness, people are looking for a more personalized learning
experience.

Further, globalization has brought people and cultures closer together. When learning a
language, people are frustrated with isolated learning experiences. And most importantly,
lack of cultural exchange and interaction in real-life scenario are unmet needs that need to
be fulfilled.

To better meet consumer needs, we have come up with our idea, which is called:
Montilingual. It aims to let users learn languages and practice it right away in a more
contextual language environment with the support of AI technologies. Moreover,
Montilingual also creates a well-connected language learning community that allow users to
communicate, share and apply what they’ve learned to enhance their learning experience.

Therefore, our target customers are people who would like to learn their speaking skills and
connect with global learners through practical and bespoke cultural immersion.

growth opportunities for the market.

Firstly, users need to sign up and create their profile. This includes users to fill out their
background information such as age, gender, hobbies, language skills, etc. They would need
to choose a language that they want to learn. They can create their own customized study
plan. We provide many type of lessons that focus on practicing their speaking skills with a
mix of real person and AI generated contextual lessons. We also provide after class
conversation practice in which users can use the Chatbots function to enhance interactive
conversation and correct their pronunciation and grammar.

To integrate language learning with cultural exchange, we then provide a learning


community platform for users where they can communicate openly. With our AI generated
study partner selection, we partner up and group users with similar hobbies, backgrounds
and needs where they can chat and make friends with each other. We have a discussion
board where they can share their learning experiences and lifestyle blogs to our online
community. Let me give you an example. A user learns a scenario from one of our courses
about how to order food using French in a restaurant, he can share his experience on our
online community, telling the online platform users how does he pronounce a particular
word on the menu or even share a post about how delicious the food is. This can create a
unique learning experience where they can engage language learning with cultural exchange
and connect with various learners in our online learning community and make Montilingual
more interesting and exciting.

For the course content, we partner with universities, schools, third-party websites, content
creators, etc. We also analyse customer data to create course content and optimize the
learning process. The main cost drivers are technology setup & development, marketing,
maintenance, and ongoing R&D costs. Our income is generated from subscription and
advertisement revenue. We will reach our customers through our official website, app,
through university & schools where students might be interested in learning language, or
corporate partners which they want to provide language training to their employees. Also,
through social media platform and word of mouth. These all come down to our value
proposition that we want to make it easy to use, provide users with a better language and
cultural experience, improve their practical speaking skills in a more interactive way.
