The purpose for this scope statement is to define ‘What to do’ in project. Requirement Specification and
functionality is also included in this document. It will define the worth of project and will help in
estimating project cost. The document may be refined further on specification clarity.

The proposed work Project consists of following main development areas:

SMM (Social Media Marketing)

 Facebook Business page.
 Instagram Business Page.
 Paid Ads / Boosting.
 Term & Conditions.

Following Work Will be done in SMM:

 Facebook business page:
 Create your Facebook Page and will do its complete settings.
 Update your status, bio and, about us and also maintain contact us section on
Facebook business page.
 Update event on Facebook page that includes special or national.
 Create weekly response and performance report.
 Response to your post queries.
 Response post comments.
 Post your original content with your product or services.
 Create and post 14 posts per month.
 Post 2 graphical videos per month.

 Paid Ads:
 Will boost your Facebook posts to get maximum output.
 Will boost your page to get maximum results.
 We set your audiences and post your ad according to your targeted audiences to
get exact response. (As TO ANY SPECIAL TERIOTORY shall be the target)

 Instagram business page:

 Create/modify Instagram business page.

 Update your status, bio and, about us and also maintain contact us section on
Instagram business page.
 We create a post including products or services and use graphic designing skills
to make more attractive.
 Create and post 14 posts per month.
 Response to your post quires (if client recommends).
 Response post comments (if client recommends).
 Post your original content with your product.
 Connect Facebook page with your Instagram Page.

 Terms & Conditions:

 Shoot will be provided by client, if we will handle, its charges shall be separate.
 Monthly Payment has to be submitted in advance.
 Client must have informed one month before in order to suspend their services.
 Boosting charges are totally separate and completely depends on the clients will.
 This contract is for one year only from 05 July 2021 to 05 July 2022 after that
contract will be revised with increment.

If both parties agree to the terms of the proposed Scope of work, please sign below. By signing this
document both the Company and Customer enter into an Agreement and are Liable for their duties.

Limitation of Liability

Client’s liability to company is only for the cost payable under this Agreement. Client will not be liable to
us, or any third-party, for damages like lost profits, lost savings, incidental damages, consequential
damages, or special damages.

Company’s liability to client is only for timely and professional completion of services under this
agreement. Company will not be liable to client, or any third-party, for damages like lost profits, lost
savings, incidental damages, consequential damages, or special damages.

Dispute Resolution

 Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to work towards a resolution through
good faith negotiation.
 Mediation/Arbitration: If talking it over doesn’t go well, either Party may initiate mediation or
binding arbitration in a forum mutually agreed to by the Parties.
 Litigation: If litigation is necessary, this Agreement will be interpreted based on the laws of the
State of Pakistan regardless of any conflict of law issues that may arises. The Parties agree that
the dispute will be resolved at a court of competent jurisdiction in the agreed upon State.
Severability

If any section of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the rest of the
Agreement will still be enforceable.

Complete Contract

This Agreement puts the Parties entire understanding of the Services to be performed and
anything else the Parties have agreed to in black and white. This Agreement is legal and binding
and supersedes any other written or verbal communications between the Parties. Any
subsequent changes to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both Parties.

Grievances and Complaints

Any grievances or complaints are only entertained when made in writing. Oral communication
regarding complains is not valid and company will not be liable in case of non-compliance.

Notices

All notices under this agreement must be sent by either email with return confirmation of
receipt, or certified or registered mail with return receipt requested.
