The water supply and plumbing within the premises are completed as per approved drawing & standard code of practice 2. Before making drainage connection to the CIDCO's manhole, prior permission will have to be obtained from this office. 3. You shall connect your plot sewer pipe to CIDCO’s manhole shown and approved in the drawing nearby your plot, with a falling gradient. In no case the invert level of sewer emerging from your plot shall be lower than the invert of CIDCO's Manhole. After laying the sewer pipe, it should be shown, before back filling the trenches, to the concerned Engineer directed by the Executive Engineer (KHR-III) to check the level & below mentioned precautions. 5. Please note that, you have to maintain the area clean at site throughout the construction period. After completion of pipe laying work backfilling of trenches shall be carried out immediately with adequate compaction to avoid settlement. 6. Proper care should be taken during making manhole connection so that the Drainage pipeline should cross below the storm water drain 7. Proper barricading for the traffic diversion shall be provided for safety. The traffic shall be diverted by displaying diversion boards, 8. You have to obtain prior permissions from other concerned authorities i.e. Police, Traffic, MSEDCL Ltd, Fire Brigade etc. 8. During trenching for drainage connection if any underground services encountered / damaged such as electrical cables, OFC / telephone service cables, water supply lines, S.W. drains, etc. that all should be reinstated by you at your own cost. 10.Before approaching for release of Security Deposits, you should verify the clearance as above for electrical cables, OF C/telephone service cables, water supply lines, S.W. drains, etc and re-doing the road surface, which was as before. 11.After satisfactory completion of work, you should inform this office for joint inspection. 12,Final CC will be issued only after submission of extension in construction period & No Dues Certificate from Estate Section Please note that actual DCC will be issued to you only after satisfactory completion of work as per norms.
