Executive Summary
INTRODUCTION
Sky High is a locally owned dinner in the sky restaurant which is positioned in
Hi Tech City, a busy technology industry hub in Hyderabad city. The locality is
one of the Hyderabad’s most sought after locality to live due to the presence
of office and other infrastructure. It is owned by Sawaine and corporation. We
have creative approach and the company focuses on image, detail
presentation and a new approach towards food service.

In today's highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult


to be in the food business therefore these kinds of concepts bring a new
approach towards the food industry. The concept of dinner in the sky is one of
the popular in European countries and there is no restaurant presently in India
providing these kind food service.

Our main priority is to establish this restaurant in Hyderabad because it is one


of the growing cities with a population of food enthusiast people. The main
property is based in IT Hub of the city which have all the facility to run this
concept. This is a kind of a restaurant which runs with its team of Engineers,
Chef, and staff which are focused on giving a safe with thrill experience to the
guest with all the precautions and safety measures.
