Republic Act 11232 or The Revised Corporation Code was signed into law by President Rodrigo R. Duterte on February 20, 2019. It amended the 38-year old B.P.
No. 68, otherwise known as the Corporation Code of the Philippines. The Revised Code took effect on February 23, 2019, following the completion of its
publication in Manila Bulletin and the Business Mirror on February 23, 2019.
