Once the user moved to a new store they have to clear the old custom locations and create

the new
custom locations:

1. Delete all the previous store custom Locations


2. Create the new store custom Locations

If you want to create new custom location, please follow from the step -2 skip to page - 4.

Delete all the previous store custom Locations


STEP 1: Load the Custom Location that you want to delete. On the error message select OK as shown
on the screen shot.
Here we have selected Bakery 6062

STEP 2: Click on the EDIT button as highlighted in the screen shot.


STEP 3: Once you Click on the EDIT button a popup window will appear on the screen.
Click on the DELETE button as shown in the below screen shot.

STEP 4: After you hit DELETE you will get one more confirmation popup screen hit OK as shown in the
below screen shot.
STEP 5: Once you hit OK you will get one more error message again in the popup screen hit OK.

STEP 6: Hit the [X] button to close the schedule planner. And open it back the custom Location will be
removed from the drop down.
HOW TO CREATE CUSTOM LOCATIONS?
STEP 1: Go to schedule planner, from the drop down select the [SELECT LOCATIONS] as shown in the
below screen.

STEP 2: Once you click on [SELECT LOCATIONS] you will get the below popup screen.
You will get the below screen and location based upon your access.
STEP 3: Open the locations and select the required location you want to create the custom location.
Here in this case Bakery has been selected.

STEP 4: Click on the [SAVE AS] button as shown in the below screen.
STEP 5: Once you hit on SAVE AS button you have to give a name to the [SAVED LOCATION NAME].

In the below screen we have named it as Bakery -6480. You can name it as per your convenience.

STEP 6: Once you updated a name – click on SAVE as shown in the below screen.
Once you hit save the custom location will be updated and you can find that location. Repeat the
steps to create more custom locations.
