You are what you eat

Introduction
The aim of this report is to be wary healthy diet among teenagers. Nowadays most of
teenagers suffer from obesity. They like to eat junk food and some of them eat junk food every
day. This is worrying cause eating too much junk food can make you sluggish. So, teenagers
and parents should be wary what they eat. In this report, the problem of unhealthy eating face
by teenagers and recommendations to overcome the problem will be discussed.

Problems encountered by teenagers.


There are many problem faced by teenagers, based on their eating habits and lifestyle. Some of
the teenagers ignoring their eating habits and are unaware that it is changing their bodies as
well.
Teenagers are picky about food such as no vegetables at all and no fruits at all. Besides,
teenagers like to eat unhealtht food such as burger, fried, fried chicken and candy. They also
drink a lot of carbonate drinks like Coca-Cola, Sprite and Pepsi.

Recommendations/ways to overcome these problems.


Share more information about health diet to teenagers at social medial such as Facebook,
Instagram or Wechat so that everyone can follow it, learn it and practice it correctly.
Other than that, having a balance and healty diet follow food pyramid and use it every meal
can help us to avoid suffer from illness.
Cutting down unhealthy food and do not be pick about food. Contrary, teenagers should eat
more vegetables and fruits to strengthen the immunity system.

Conclusion
To create awareness on healthy eating among teenagers, the society at large should strive to
help out. Parents should also play an active role in guiding their own children to lead a healthier
life.
