warehouse (outbound, inbound, moves etc.)
 System Task Type – Category of tasks generated
by the system (pick, putaway, MO Transfer, MO
Issue, Replenishment, Cycle Count)
 User Task Type – User defined tasks mapped to
one of the system task type
 Resource – People and machine assigned to a
work unit

– Loaded: material is loaded but not yet dropped
– Completed: task is done
