. Pursuant to the demand and Order from Linh Son Buddhist Institute at No. 8 Church Street Stanhope
New Jersey 07874 (Linh Son Buddhist Congregation IN USA)

Issuing Decision

Article I: To appoint Most Venerable Thich Tri-Dat, whose regular name is Tran Ray as Head of a
monastery cum-Proving Master of Linh Son Buddhist Institute at Stanhope, New Jersey, U.S.A.

Article II: To appoint Bhikshuni Dat Chau, whose regular name is Pham Ha to the position of chairperson
of Linh Son Buddhist Institute cum President of Linh Son Buddhist Congregation at Stanhope, New
Jersey, U.S.A.

Article III: To appoint Bhikshuni Linh Hoa, whose regular name is Tran Phuong Tam, to the position of
Deputy chairperson of Linh Son Buddhist Institute cum Assistant to the President of Linh Son Buddhist
Congregation at Stanhope, New Jersey, U.S.A.

Article IV: Buddhist Institute would like to direct all regions, areas, branches under the World LS BC, and
the litigants for implementing this regulation.

Article V: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.

We would like to unitedly and sincerely request Master for your loving kindness and compassion with
respect to this issue as follow:

We have currently asked and invited only 2 nuns in Buddhism who are Bhikshuni Dat Chau, and
Bhikshuni Ninh Hoa

We decided that Bhikshuni Dat Chau shall concurrently hold the position of chairperson and Bhikshuni
Ninh Hoa shall assist her with the position of President of Linh Son Buddhist Congregation in Stanhope
NJ.

So, we would like to ask Master to adopt the two nuns mentioned above for their concurrent positions
