Process Interlocks

If any of the above mentioned drives STOP except

L91BF1 (L91RF1, L91FN1) {550BF01 (550BF01RA01,550BF01FN01)} L91SM1 (540SA01)
L91FM1
all the upstream drives in the Group should STOP instantly.

If Kiln coal bin L91BI1 (550HP01) selected:

Screw conveyor L91SC2 (540SC02) should run in Reverse direction

If Pyro clone coal bin L91BI2 (550HP02) selected:

Screw conveyor L91SC2 (540SC02) should run in Forward direction

Screw conveyor L91SC2 should STOP if:

Selected fine coal bin level/weight H2 alarm with time delay (to be adjusted during commissioning)
Selected fine coal bin side Pneumatic shutoff gate L91SG1(550SG01) or
L91SG2(550SG02) CLOSE or Limit fault.
Selected fine coal bin temperatures (550HP01YT01-07), or (550HP02YT01-07) H2 alarm with time delay (to be adjusted during commissioning)
selected fine coal bin CO level H2 alarm with time delay
