AL EMEIS HOSPITAL
JIZAN, KSA

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am writing this letter to officially inform you about my decision to have emergency exit in your
institution as a staff nurse in account of my pregnancy. I am planning to leave before I reach 32 weeks as
per the protocol of travelling of pregnant passengers. I am planning to stop work by June 30, 2021.
However, me and my family decided that it would be best for me to quit my job as early as now since
I’m starting to face some pregnancy issues that I will be most comfortably be checked in my home
country and aside from that it will be financially practical for us if I will go and deliver in the Philippines. I
also planned to stay and focus with my child after birth since I have been longed enough to have one.

I wish to thank you, the management and my co-workers for the support and affection that I received
during my service here. The last 2 and a half year have been a rewarding one as I got an opportunity to
work with a great team of medical professionals. I am also grateful for the time and effort that you have
put in my advancement in my stay here.

I wish you and this institution all the success in the future endeavours.

Respectfully Yours,

CHERRY ANNE B. ONA, RN
