A. ACTIVITIES/OBSERVATIONS:
This time we went on again with a tour around the work place of the
construction of a residential project of Engr. JM via zoom meeting. Upon touring
around the field, Engr. JM also discussed a few things about his on-going projects.
The importance of having good relationships with his colleagues, where they work
as friends and not just mere acquaintances. Also, creating connections with
different people who are known in the society such as other engineers, government
officials and workers, and also politicians. On the other hand, Engr. Maligalig
expressed the community extension services award received by Engr. JM way back
during his graduation. The benefits and fulfillment of having to serve the
community is evident as Engr. JM shares his story.

B. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:
The rain is pouring hard making the audio less audible for me and some parts
are hard to take in because the sound of the rain is over taking the discussion. I
really wished that we are able to experience these kind of tours personally to be
able to understand better what is being shown and discussed to us. The unstable
placement of the camera for showing the place makes it hard for me to understand
some things that are being discussed.
