Hi All

Please note that we are implementing additional control measures to all lifting operations to ensure good quality work
practices.

Please discuss with relevant parties the following control measures that will be implemented and enforced daily.

The reason for this is to ensure no unauthorized access at working areas and compliance with Health and Safety rules
and regulations.

The following deliverables must be available and visible at the exclusion zone for each Lifting operation. (create a box or
table to be placed at exclusion zone)

Note that the responsible person on pad must ensure the below is in place before work commence, this will also require
the assistance from the whole team.

 Daily DSTI
 Toolbox talk
 Inspection sheets for applicable Cranes, Machinery and Equipment.
 Cranes certificates, load testing etc. with service records for the specific cranes.
 Task Specific RAMS with training register.
 Applicable Valid Permits in place.
 Visible barricading and visible signage present at lifting area. (A cone will not suffice).
 Competencies of Riggers and Crane Operators.

Note that I listed critical safety measures that must be in place before work commence- this does not mean that only
above measures are required.
