Reflective Essay
1. During this COVID19 pandemic, what do you think is
the importance of physical activities in your own
personal life?
For a teenager like me, a regular physical fitness exercise
will aid me to have a healthy body and built during this
pandemic. Also, by having a daily activity it will also help to
lower the risk of virus and other illnesses. Through a consistent
activity, we may develop other skills, too.
We all know that having a healthy body will also result to a
healthy mind. During this situation having an active and positive
mind and body is the best protection so we can get through this
COVID 19 pandemic.

2. What are the ways that you are doing in order to


cope effectively in this pandemic situation? Explain
your answer.

During the start of the year 2020 which is also the start of
this pandemic, I do exercise regularly like 5 times a week. That
was the best coping mechanism I had, since doing workouts
relieves stress. But now because I stopped doing physical
activities, I just continued reading books, watching movies,
anime and anything that can distract me. These also helped a lot
for me to cope up during this kind of situation.
