The main purpose of research and development is to think about how to generate new ideas
or products and services that satisfy all the needs of users or clients in a better and more
satisfactory way; implementing its two main components, such as Research where ideas are
generated and knowledge of the company is expanded. This complemented with
Development where you think about how to turn that knowledge into something usable.
Some examples of research and development activities are: generating ideas for possible
products and how they will impact the public or customer; design, develop, and test the
product or service, ensuring its quality.
