It was very difficult, because at the age of ten I attended a boarding school. + Would you describe your family? I was the fifth daughter, my father was a high school teacher in Physics and Mathematics, and my mother a teacher, pianist and Singer.
+How did you start your scientific carrer?
I started my scientific career in 1984 (one thousand nine hundred eighty-four) with an investigation of the magnetic properties of various steels.
+What were you discovers?
I discovered polonium and radium
+What were you greatest achievements?
In 1903 (one thousand nine hundred three), the Royal Academy of Sciences was the winner of the Nobel Prize in Physics.
+Did you feel discriminated against for being a woman?
That's right, I had to overcome obstacles for being a woman.
+ How does it feel to be the first woman to receive a
