PROPOSAL OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE MODEL FOR

INNOVATION

PALABRAS CLAVES Y SIGNIFICADO

 ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE
We understand what the organizational culture of a company is when we talk about the
traditions, attitudes, habits, values, vision, beliefs and mission of said organization.
In addition, the organizational culture includes the practices with which a company
operates internally and externally. That is why it will always be reflected in their
structures, in their production systems and in their strategies and plans in the short,
medium and long term.

 INNOVATION
It is a concept closely linked to the business world. To innovate is to improve what exists,
providing new options that meet the needs of consumers, or even create new products in
order to be successful in the market.
Through knowledge of the products, the market, the company's contribution of value, the
needs of consumers, a series of changes and criteria can be established to innovate in
them and make them useful in the market.

 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
It is a measurement of the satisfaction that it has about the products and services of a
company.
Customer satisfaction is essential for a company since it is there that they continue to
consume the products and services of that brand and that they can recommend it to other
types of users. The results of this satisfaction can be one of the keys to increasing the sales
of a business.

 LEADERSHIP
It is the ability to motivate and lead a group of people towards the achievement of a
common goal. This capacity includes a set of traits, skills, aptitudes, behaviors and
interaction processes that make possible the successful management of human capital
towards the goal set.

 THE PRODUCTIVITY
It is defined as the quantity produced of a good or service that yields an input in a given
period of time. Likewise, productivity can also be measured as a function of time, this
means that the less time is used to obtain a certain product, we can consider that the
system is more productive.
Productivity, in this sense, determines the capacity of a production system to produce the
required products and the degree to which the resources used in the production process
are used.
Higher productivity, using the same resources, results in higher profitability for the
company. Hence, the concept of productivity is applicable to an industrial or service
company, to a particular trade, to a branch of industry or even to the entire economy of a
nation.
