Members with paying capacity but without sufficient equity may avail of the grant provided the recovery period of the negative equity shall not exceed one year in accordance with PF Memorandum dated 10 July 2017. The following are the feature of the CALAMITY LOAN: Maximum amount 40,000.00 Interest Rate 4% Repayment Period 12 mos, 24 mos, 36 mos or remaining period in service of the member, whichever is shorter.
