I am contacting you to express my interest in the advertisement

regarding the arrangement of a celebratory event provided by your
organization.

There are several questions I would like to ask.

Firstly, I would like to know which outdoor activities does your

organization provide and, if possible, I would like to have a list of
aforementioned activities.

Secondly, can I ask about the food provided? There might some people in
my group, who cannot consume meat, so I would like to know if you
could add some vegetarian food to the menu.

Could you also clarify the subject of payment? In your advert you have
stated that a discount will be offered to large groups. Would you mind
explaining how large does the group must be and how much discount
you offer?

Lastly, I would also like to know whether the dates provided for the
organization of the event are available.
