MOTORBIKE PLAN AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Motorbike Plan Agreement entered into this __day of _______ 2021, at Muntinlupa
City, Metro Manila between:

CMR PHILIPPINES, INC., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine laws
with office and business address at 14th Floor, Coherco Financial Building, Trade Street corner
Investment Drive, Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, represented by its
President, Mr. Rojel T. Rivera hereinafter referred as the “COMPANY”.

MARLON CADLIN, of legal age, married with postal address at ____________________,

hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY MESSENGER”.

WITNESSETH: That

WHEREAS, under the Company Messenger Motorbike Plan Policy, the Company shall
make available to Company Messenger a motorbike plan at easy payment scheme, thereby
enabling his better mobility and opportunity of owning a vehicle at the end of the car plan
period.

WHEREAS, in this manner, the Company is able to recognize the Company Messenger’s
dream and aspirations and help him realize a personal goal to thereby enhance productivity,
boost morale and foster dedication and loyalty.

NOW, THEREOF, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises the parties agree
that the features, terms and conditions of the Company Messenger Motorbike Plan shall be as
follows:

1.a) The Company will purchase the vehicle in cash and share 50% of the vehicle cost.
The maximum allowable amount of the cost of the vehicle is SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND PESOS
(Php 76,000) and any excess price shall be paid upfront by the Company Messenger

b.) The Company Messenger will share the other 50% of the vehicle cost which will be
paid within a period of ____ months by way of monthly amortizations through salary deduction
in the amount of Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2,000) on the first month up to its 19 th month and
the amount of Php _____ on the 20th month.

c.) The duration of the motorbike plan is ___ months commencing ________ to______
and at the end of the __ month an full payment of the amortizations, ownership of the vehicle
will be transferred to the Company Messenger.
 d.) The responsibility of the maintenance costs shall be also shared by the Company and
Company Messenger at 50-50 rate.
