RE: PROJECT EMPLOYEES HIRING PROCEDURE

Effective August 1, 2018 all incoming and existing project employees should sign a PROJECT
BASED CONTRACT and all employees should strictly comply with all of the following
requirements:

1. Pre-Employment Medical Exam

2. Tax Identification Number
3. SSS Number
4. Philhealth Number
5. Pag-Ibig Number

For existing employees non-submission will result to a disciplinary action while no

admission to work for all new incoming employees with no complete requirements.

With reference to the Philippine Social Security System, strengthen by the provisions of the
Republic Act No. 8282 or the Social Security Law, all employed persons under the age of 60
who earn a monthly income of more than P1, 000 are required to contribute to the three
social insurance funds namely: Social Security System (SSS), Home Development Mutual
Fund (HDMF/Pag-Ibig) and Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) thus,
starting August all project employees are subject for government mandated benefits
deductions through their salaries.
