After the meeting held on June 10, 2021 at the Hotel facilities; An interest has been generated
within our team to rent the premises that you own, as it could be useful for our project of
establishing a physical store in the US, which sells our hats, which are recognized worldwide as
an artisan jewel.

category of the Hotel.

DESCRIPTION ECUADORIAN FOOTMARK is a company dedicated to the

Production and commercialization of toquilla straw hats
considered as jewels worldwide, which provides elegance
to those who use it, at the same time our product is
compared with large brands such as Hermes, Borsalino,
among others.

PRODUCTS Toquilla straw hats, handbags, exclusive jewelry and more

handicrafts.

POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS Tourists from all over the world, who stay at the hotel, or
local people who appreciate this handmade jewel.

GOOD TO BE LEASED Local located on the ground floor of the Hotel.

LEASE PERIOD 1 year with renewal option.

RENT Price to be agreed between the parties.

PAYMENT PLAN Monthly payments, the first of each month, due until the
5th of each month.
CONTRACT The contract will be drawn up based on local laws, it must
include the contracting parties, location and state of the
premises; Clauses developed that specify the times and
conditions of the lease.

OTHER CONSIDERATIONS We also offer you the opportunity to become our strategic
partners, through some forms of promotion or sale of our
products, for example:

-Implement a hat counter in the hotel lobby.

-Offer hats in the reservation of the rooms.
-Place informative flyers in the Hotel facilities, among
others.

In this area we are also open to any suggestion that you

make.
