The United States et al., is strongly discouraged
from travel due COVID-19 pandemic.
United States of America is required to send funds
to Japan, and to provide funds to Japanese persons
located in or of the United States of America.
In addition, it is strongly recommended that Japan
be promptly reimbursed by the United States of
America and for the full financial cost (including
preparations/etc.) of the Olympic games.
