OUTREACH ACTIVITY PLAN

RATIONALE:
Persons with Disability (PWD) are those who have long-term physical, mental, intellectual or
sensory impairments which in interaction with various barriers may hinder their full and effective
participation in society on an equal basis with others.
Person's with disabilities are the person who are in need. They are someone to hold and to give
hope with and to feel them that there are people who cares and love them. Person with
disabilities are one of our respondent for conducting an outreach program, we choose them
because we wanted to make them feel that they are not different from others. We want to make
them happy and special in just a short period of time.

OBJECTIVES:
This outreach program aims to:

1. To advocate the rights, freedoms and intereats of persons with disabilities.

2. To promotes persons with disabilities artistic expression, recreation through showing their
different talents.
3. To promote a loving and equitable community.

TARGET GROUP/RECEPEINT

This outreach program aims to help the 22 special children under SPED in Impasugong Central
Elementary School.
