The first Homeroom PTA meeting of Grade 8 – Topaz was held last November 24, 2020 via
online and offline platforms. There were 18 parents who attended the meeting via zoom and
20 parents responded to the agenda via call and text.

Discussed in the meeting is the schedule of distribution and retrieval of SLMs as well as the
barangay pick-up/drop-off points. The home learning tasks was also emphasized to the
parents – as to how they can facilitate learning at home.
The ended after the majority decided to carry over the elected officers of the previous
school year considering that we cannot have the election face to face due to the pandemic.
