for workers also changes. Knowledge is essential for a worker, but a worker must also possess other skills
along with knowledge. Creativity is one of the skill a worker should have. Through a person’s creative
mind comes being innovative. If a worker is creative, they might develop new ideas or a new method
helpful for the company. Critical thinking is also a must to solve problems that may arise in the
workplace. Critical thinking enables us to think, observe, and analyze every situation. Communication,
we communicate every day of our life. In the workplace, communication is vital to have a proper
understanding. We talk to our clients and other people, not just with our workmates. Communication is an
