Process in Stitching

Quality assurance department & Quality control department is play a vital role to improve the
product quality. Before starting any PO in stitching, our production Department, QC Department,
QA Department, Industrial Engineering and PPC Department conduct meeting and take
preventive action to make the right goods smooth and proper way.

Quality Control department is performing different task step by step in Stitching Unit to improve
the product quality.

Work in Process is given below:-

Cutting Department:

 Study the PO & Cut the pre production sample and make the sample customer
specification.
 Review the sample and discuss with Marketing Department
 After Marketing approval give go head for layers of fabrics
 Check the arrange
 Physically check the patterns according to requirements
 Give go head for bulk cutting
 Counting of pcs
 Bundling size wise and article wise

Stitching

 Induction received
 Preproduction meeting with all operators and discuss about product making and show the
approved sample
 Check SPI
 In line quality reports
 Randomly piece check of each operator
 Trimming and finishing
 Table Checking quality
 Make bundle of 10 pcs size wise

Process observer check the pcs of table checker,

Randomly check the pcs after review some pcs then take decision pcs are ok move to
packing department or if pcs are not ok then go head for rechecking
Packing:

 Check the relevant accessories which are using

 Size wise packing
 Article wise packing
 Each and every pack pcs is check by packing quality observer, after checking give go
head to start filling cartons
 Shipping marks

Packing List: Make the detail of all pack goods and hand over to Warehouse / dispatch
department

Pack goods are put in ware house area, size wise, color wise and article wise

Quality Assurance

Our quality assurance department takes preventive actions to assure the quality in each
department like Cutting, Stitching, finishing, packing and Container loading.

When goods are ready for dispatch our QA team checks the pack goods as per AQL Level and
make final inspection reports.

If goods are ok as per approved sample then give go head for container loading.

Our quality department makes daily reports to ensure the performance evaluation like
