SPLIT project, which is an acronym for Support to Parcelization of Lands for

Individual Titling, aims to fast-track land subdivision/parcelization of Collective

Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CCLOAs) and eventually issue individual land
titles to ARBs who were previously awarded with lands and collective CLOAs under
the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP). “Many farmers who were granted
lands under the country’s agrarian reform program have been waiting for individual
land titles. Some have even waited for decades,” he said.

Brother John disclosed that the SPLIT project has three components, namely:
parcelization of collective CLOAs, capability building and technical assistance and
project management, monitoring and evaluation.

The SPLIT Project will be implemented by DAR in partnership with the Department of
Environment and Natural Resources, the Land Registration Authority, Registry of
Deeds, Land Bank of the Philippines, National Commission on Indigenous Peoples and
the Department of Interior and Local Government.

R: to be honest, i'm not totally sure. but i do know i love working with people.

R: I'm from hinigaran, and i studied civil engineering at the university of negros
occidental recoletos. I had my internship here in Dar Negros Occidental 2 . I pride
myself on my attention to detail and my ability to take consistent action and meet
deadlines. looking for an ambitious company where i can join a strong team and make
a positive impact.

R: I am interested in your job because this is just an industry that i am
passionate and excited about. i was really thrilled to see the work that this
position would do. i think it gives me an opportunity to make an immediate impact
while also giving me a little bit of room for growth in some new areas.

R: I cannot offer much in terms of experience, because this is my first job
application. But I can assure you about one thing: I love this field, and I am as

R: As im a fresher, i have theoretical knowledge but i can do hardwork and i will
