Present: Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff. 
Ld. Counsel for the defendants. 
Replication as well as an application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC filed 
by the plaintiff is taken on record. 
Ld. Counsel for the defendants submits that he has already received 
the copy of the same.  Ld. Counsel also submits that he has not been able to contact 
with the defendants since last date and he may be given a short time for making 
submissions in this regard. 
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that defendant was supposed to 
file affidavit regarding the address of the defendant. 
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the defendant that defendant is a 
Fresh national and working in French Embassy. 
Heard. 
At   request,   matter   is   adjourned   for   filing   affidavit   on   behalf   of 
defendant   regarding   the   address   of   the   defendants,   framing   of   issues   and   also 
consideration on the application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC for 09.01.2017.
