None for the defendant.
It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that after inspecting the file there is no 
address of the defendant which is known to him.
Heard. Perused the record. 
It is seen that defendant no. 2 Sh. Dimitri Demianenko was deleted from the array of the  
parties on 15.03.2016 and after service defendant no. 1 Sh. Emmanuel Doudier filed written statement on 
01.07.2016  and replication was also filed on 15.11.2016.
However, thereafter, Ld. Counsel for the defendant sought discharge as the defendant was 
not contacting him. The defendant is aware about proceedings of the present case against him and it is his 
duty to appear and pursue the case and he is not appearing, hence, in these circumstances, defendant is 
proceeded Ex­parte.
There is an application under Order 7 Rule 14 CPC moved on behalf of plaintiff for placing 
on record additional documents. The plaintiff wants to place on record certain e­mails/communication 
between the plaintiff and defendant Sh. Emmanuel Doudier which were not placed earlier.
Heard. 
In the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice said application under 
Order 7 Rule 14 CPC is allowed.
Put up for plaintiff's evidence for 04.05.2017.
