DECLARATION OF IDENTITY Genesis 2:7 “And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.” KJV I, Lex Mercatoria, hereinafter “I,” “me,” or “my,” am of sound mind, majority of age, having knowledge and conviction of the facts stated herein, only within the Creator's jurisdiction, on His soil, in His venue, time, space, place, plane, and law form, do hereby declare and say the following: 1. My specific purpose for this Declaration is to establish my identity with protections and immunities as a matter of Law. 2, My photographic likeness is affixed herein. 3. My height is approximately six feet one-half inch, weight approximately two hundred pounds, brown hair, eyes brown, and man gender. 4. Linvoke the Creator's Laws as written in the Holy Bible and upon my heart. 5. Iam a man, a living soul, made in the image of, and give my allegiance to, my Creator, the Giver of the antecedent and ultimate Law to which I adhere. 6. Being born on the soil of the Free and Independent State, Massachusetts, I am one of the posterity of the people who formed the several States of The United States of America,'* also known as the perpetual Union and the Confederacy, when the people created and adopted the following Organic Laws"**: The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America® of July 4, A.D. 1776, hereinafter “Declaration,” and the Articles of Confederation. In the Articles, the people granted limited powers of their sovereignty (Article II) to those several States styled as The United States of America (Article 1). Further, the Declaration states, in pertinent part, the following: “And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor” (emphasis added). The United States of America alk/a the Confederacy and perpetual Union means the collective of the Sovereign, Free and Independent States united by and under the Articles of Confederation of November 15, A.D. 1777 {hereinafter Articles], and thereafter, numbering fifty at present, in conformance with the popular and ordinary meaning of the word “States,” ie., the plural form of the word “State,” as “States” and “State” are used in the current Organic Law, the Articles, 1 Stat. 4. The Articles is current Organic Law and presently the only Constitution I recognize as limiting both State and federal government. I am one of the people, an heir and beneficiary of the Declaration, which states in pertinent part the following: “that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”” I do hereby solemnly declare and affirm in accord with my firsthand knowledge and conviction, the contents hereof are true, correct, complete, certain and not misleading [Qui omne dicit, nihil excludit.
