By these presents I hereby surrender the usufruct by exercising my right of

subrogation in tendering to you both the person’s plea of guilty and the enclosed
instruments as evidences of my interest in the above-described matter for you to
convey to United States through the attached assignment/transfer order in
exchange for you fully acquitting and discharging the person of all obligations—
thus necessitating a return of my property to me—pursuant to, and in full
reliance upon, Section 7(e), Trading with the enemy Act (“TWEA”), 40 Stat. 411
[50 U.S.C. §§ 4305(b)(2), 4307(e)], by which you are also indemnified.
