Lifestyle changes in this globalization era have affected people's eating habits and forced
them to consume high-calorie fast food, such as junk food. Diet is the biggest factor in lifestyle
which has a direct influence on health. This can make you malnourished. In addition, eating too
much or too fast is also a bad diet.. That's why there is an increase in obesity in developing
countries. Obesity factors are consumption of unhealthy foods, high in calories, and high in fat.

Increasingly varied food choices create convenience, affordability and consumer


excitement. Consumers have shown positive reactions to the diversity of food choices. They can
choose any food they like without thinking about the composition of the food they like. This
makes their diet intake dominated by the composition of the food they like only.
