Bucket Opening

Bucket Opening

Pressurised oil from port A1 (front pump) enters port P1 of


control valve A. Pressurised oil from port A2 (rear pump)
enters port P2 of the control valve.

Operation of the bucket open control directs pilot pressure


oil into control valve port PRa4 and switches bucket spool
BKT. At the same time pilot pressure oil, divided at port
C10 of shuttle block enters control valve port Pi3 to switch
the P1 side spool. Pressurised oil flows from control valve
port P5 and, via an external hose, enters port P4. Because
the P1 spool side is bleeding off, the pressurised oil from
ports P1 and P2 converge before both bucket spools
perform the bucket opening function at one and a half
times normal flow.
