The process of identifying research problems are as follows:
1. The management problem: In the first step, researcher has to identify the management
problems. For that researcher has to interact with the management and other officials of
organization. Due to their inefficiency, organization may not have achieved desired results.

2. The research problems: In second step, management problems should be converted into
research problems.
For example: Reduction in sales is management probems where why the sales have been
reduced will be the research problem.

3. Research Questions: In third step, research problems are broken down into research
questions.
For examples: What cause the reduction in sale is a research problems where the alternatives
for this problems can be research questions.
