Dear Bank M,

This is in response to your letter demanding that ABC Corporation should vacate our Leased
Premises covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-00000 under the Contract of Lease
(Contract).

We understand that there seems to be a problem with your dealings with XYZ Corporation, but
insofar as ABC Corporation is concerned, we would like to reiterate that as per Clause 5, Section
3 of the contract executed, you are bound to respect the terms and conditions of the same.

You must recognize our rights as lessee of the Leased Premises, as we already paid the whole
Php 50,000,000.00 (Fifty million pesos) for the entire fifty (50) years.

We do not know the specific details as to how and why there arose an issue between your bank
and XYZ Corporation, but you cannot prejudice our rights for we have been compliant and was
in good faith for all intents and purposes involving our lease transactions.

We would highly appreciate if you settle your issues with XYZ Corporation in the most peaceful
way possible, without violating our rights.

If you continue to demand for us to vacate the Leased Premises, we would be inclined to initiate
the necessary legal proceeding to settle this issue.
