RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to authorize VICTORIA PADILLA

in the company’s name, place and stead, and perform the following
things and acts to wit:
1. To sign the contract of lease in the parcel of land, a portion
of the lots covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-
00000, consisting an area of one (1) hectare situated in Davao
City, Davao;
2. To process all the required documents regarding the lease
agreement on the above-stated real property;
3. To pay any fees and sign any document in relation to the above-
stated transaction;
4. Such other matters as she may deem beneficial to the
corporation.
