Subject:- Information regarding “how much penalty collected from National Medical
Commission CPIO for not replying to RTI Application in given time period ”
is Requested under section 6(1) Right to Information Act of 2005.

Sir,
I, Navneet Kumar Singh, a citizen of India, apply Information under section 6(1) of the
Right To Information Act 2005. The requested information is regarding “how much
penalty collected from National Medical Commission CPIO for not replying to RTI
Application in given time period ” for the period of “FROM 1-01-2020 TO Till the date
of reply”

Details of the information requested are as under:

1. FROM 1-01-2020 TO Till the date of reply. How much penalty collected from National
Medical Commission CPIO for not replying to RTI applications in given time period.
2. Why the CPIO not replying RTI Applications.
3. What action can be taken against the CPIO for not replying the RTI applications for
long time of period
4. Provide the copy of a circular or notice released by department for CPIOs for not
replying RTI application on Time.
5. Provide Name ,address, Designation contact no, of all CPIOs, FAAs of National
medical Commission.
6. Provide the number of RTI application pending in each CPIOs individually.
7. Provide the number of RTI First Appeal pending in each FAAs individually.
8. Provide the detail of penalty that collected from CPIOs individually for not replying rti
applications on time .
9. What action was taken by department for the CPIOs for the pending RTI applications.
10. When was the all RTI Application was answered.

The information sought is not related to your department / office, after taking cognizance
of Section 6 (3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, transfer my application to the
concerned Public Information Officer within a period of five days.
