Subject: Check Cable Routing on AZ Axis

Related Model: v85NX, v100NX, GX100NX, v100NX Ka, v85NX Ka

1. Overview
It has been reported that there are few cable damages on the NX series related to AZ Axis
as below. Belows pictures indicate the cable damages near the AZ Axis. As you can see,
cables may get stuck in belt guides or get caught in other structures.
QA team already has revised the cable routing from May 15, 2020.

2. Routing Guide
Tie the AZ Motor Cable, Rotary-Joint Cable, and Slip-Ring Cable with cable tie at the point
“B” 100mm away from cable tie “A”.

In case that support members encountered AZ issue for the applicable antennas, please
have an ETO or field engineer investigate AZ axis.
