I am residing at Ootathur, DFhandapani Nagar. I have only one son.

His name is Arivazhangan. My age is about 60 years. I am illiterate. Last 2019, before Deepavali, one
day, a boy working in the Court, asked me whether I am ready to come for work at Judge residence
at Chennai. I don’t know his name. when I said I can’t, they enticed me to give Rs.10,000/- as salary
and invited. I also said Yes . at that time, My son was driving Auto in Karur. Chinnadurai from
Paadalur spoke to my son in this regard and asked him to send me for the domestic work at lady
Judges residence at Chennai. My son at that time, in the same phone spoke to me and asked me not
to go for work.

Though my son said so, as Durai insisted me to come repeatedly, I also said yes. He said Durais
Uncle is working in Court. That Durai brought me to Paadalur in Bus. From Padalur to Perambalur,
the Durai and Judges Driver brought me. From there in Night, judges driver took me to the residence
of Judge at Chennai. We went to Saidape Judges Quarters at 4.30 early morning..

In that house, the lady Judge was with her house and two daughters. Those two daughters age
would around 12 and 13 years old. I stayed in one room of the judges house and worked there. I
worked in their house for three days. I washed their clothes. I cleaned the house and entrance. I
also did cooking. I don’t like to stay at their house. 3 rd day evening 5 0 clock, I said “I don’t like. I am
going home’ . all those 3 days, that lady judge was in the house only. I don’t know the name of that
lady judge. When I said I have to go home, that lady said I cannot go now. I said I will not stay even
for a minute. So, she came to the road, by the side of the house and in the bus stand she boarded
me in the Bus. She gave Rs.500/- only to me. I don’t know south or North. I felt crying as I will be
reaching home in the night. I don’t have the balce in my mobile phone. Also no charge. So, I could
not speak to anyone.

The co passengers in Bus, consoled me and saying that they will board me at Tambaram, and after
getting down from the bus, they boarded me in another bus from tambaram. Through the co-
passengers, I called my son through phone and told him. He spoke to conductor and asked him to
aboard me at Padalur. I reached Padalur and aboarded at 2.45 hours. Through the known persons
who came in bike at that time, I returned home. Later one Padalur Durai came to me and handed
over Rs.2000 as given by the Judge.
