Mental health is about being mentally and emotionally resilient to cope up with difficult
situations in life and maintaining a positive outlook. It affects how we think, feel, and act as we
cope up with life. Extreme mood changes, anxiousness about simple things, sleep problems,
and appetite changes can indicate poor mental health. A lot of factors can cause these signs.
An example of this is the number of hours an individual sleep. Insufficient sleep causes sleep
problems, which can be an indicator of poor mental health.
