I am absent from work due to an urgent unforeseen call from the UAE embassy stating that I
should come back to the UAE to claim my deceased parents’ properties. I will be out if the country for a
month. Despite my absence no burden will be placed on any functioning of the company.

The executive director and managing director will be responsible for overseeing and assigning
roles to employees during the period of my absence.
