BIOGRAPHY

Dan Henn, CPA is a seasoned Tax Professional, Financial Coach,

Entrepreneur, and Speaker who is based in Rockledge, Florida.

Throughout the span of over 25 years, Dan has gained extensive

hands-on expertise in taxation, business planning, and IRS
Representation. Today, he serves as a Certified Public Accountant and
Tax Advisor at Daniel Henn, CPA, PA in Rockledge.

Prior to his current ventures, Dan was a Supervisory Senior of Tax with
KPMG, LLP in St. Petersburg and Orlando and a Tax Manager with
Berman Hopkins Wright & LaHam, CPAs, LLP in Melbourne.

When Dan realized the rat race and politics of being in other CPA firms
was too much, he decided to go out on his own. After a couple of
years on his own, he met a mentor/coach that helped take him to
another level. Since then, he has taken his celebrity status in his
practice to a new altitude and all the way to the bank.

He is the author of the book No Holds Barred, Candid Talk About

Business Success in Florida, available on Amazon and Kindle. He
writes a monthly column called the “Ask a Business Expert” for the
Florida Today. He also had his own one-hour radio show on WMEL
1300AM right before the Dave Ramsey Show. Finally, Dan speaks all
around the country to business owners and to tax professionals across
teaching other tax practitioners about IRS Taxpayer Representation
(Exam and Collections).

Furthermore, Dan holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration

and Master’s Degree in Accountancy with a tax specialty from the
University of South Florida.

When he isn’t having fun tax advising, Dan enjoys exploring new
places, woodworking, and coaching youth soccer. Most importantly, he
loves spending quality time with his loved ones. Dan has been happily
married to his lovely wife Christie for over twenty-six years and he is
the proud father of three beautiful daughters named Alexa, Brooke and
Annabelle.
