Planing Vision: Built a set of beliefs and respect Members
Members about the organization, its people,
environment, culture, structure, and facilities.
Mission: To learn the importance and understanding of culture of a particular
group of people that will lead to a peaceful society.
Goals: To be able to learn the different culture of the different provinces and
incorporate it in our daily lives.
Strategy: Define a plan that will provide the students in understanding the
different kinds of cultures and make them interact with one another.
Plan of Activities:
Day 1: General orientation for all members
Day 2: Seminar for the members, for a better understanding of different cultures.
Day 3: Team Building for each group of the members
Day 4: Workshops for the members for them to learn and perform the different
activities and learn to play the different kinds of instruments.
Day 5: Training and practices
Day 6: Group the members to perform their own culture for the others to learn
from them.
Day 7: Outreach Programs that will widen their knowledge.
Organizing The members will be divided through their own culture for them to familiarize
their own first before learning the other cultures.
Each members will have a leader and a secretary to monitor the members.

Leading Equipment and food will be provided for the members.

There will be a coordination to different elders to come and teach the members
or perform for the members
There will be a leader for each group that will guide the members.

Controlling During the 1 week activities, the leaders will be given an assessment form for
each of the members to monitor them.
The leaders will be the one who will consult an elder or anyone who is
knowledgeable and teach them to their members.
