First, the survey was purposely offered to individuals who have an access and uses any

keyboard products to accurately collect the data needed by the team. Based on the survey
results from 57 respondents, the demographics of the potential users of the piezoelectric
keyboard are mainly students and professionals (employees and self-employed individuals) who
are mostly around 12 up to 44 years of age and who have a geographic location dominantly
within the Luzon and Metro Manila areas. These individuals are deemed as the primary target
market for the product in which their purpose for keyboard utilization are for work, school, and
leisure related activities wherein nothing in particular is further specified by the respondents.
Most of them responded that a keyboard is essential to their daily activities such that the
gathered data also have shown that the majority uses a keyboard approximately everyday and
4 to 6 times a week.
